Photojournalism Story
For our photojournalism class we have to make a video with pictures and other methods. I am pitching this idea to my teacher to see what she thinks. The little boy above is Lance and he had a heart transplant and had some scares through out the process. I would like to follow him around and show how he has to go to the doctor and take a lot of medication but at the same time show how he is still a kid and loves to play. I also want to interview his parents and talk about how its affected them and how they are doing fundraisers to help raise money to pay for the medical bills and medication. The transplant cost $500,000 and they need all the money they can get.

The Neubauers
My sister-in-law asked me to take some pictures of there kids. Here is my favorite of them all. My nephew Cooper was making some of the funniest faces and trying to eat my leg! It is hard to try and get three kids to look at you all at the same time with non of them blinking or making funny faces. It was diffidently a learning experience and can't wait to take more!!Check out my flickr page to view more images.

Kid Photo Shoot
Today I had to have a photo shoot with a child between the ages 0f 1-6. I decided to take pictures of my 5 year old niece Abby White! She was shy at first but once I gave her a gift with all kinds of girly stuff she did exactly what we told here!! I would like to thank Amy White, Abby's mother for letting me borrow her, and I would also like to thank everyone who assisted in the photo shoot! I had a lot of fun and learned so much while helping others shoot there kids. Some ages are better to work with than others! I also learned how to set up a paper backdrop today which was nice to learn so that we can use them from now on!!
Sports Photojournalism
#5 is my niece Carsun Neubauer
Last week I went out and took pictures at my nieces soccer game for my sports photojournalism assignment. It was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I had a lot of fun while I was out there. I had a hard time trying to take pictures of everyone instead of just my niece, but after a while i got use to it and had a great time even though they lost their game.

Weather Feature
Yesterday I got a text at 6:15 am saying that we had to go out and do a rain feature for our photojournalism assignment then return to school to look at all of them. I left my house at 6:45 and went out to try and find people in the rain. I didn't have too much luck because every where I went the rain would stop. But I managed to get a shot or two. It was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.
Animal Photo Shoot
This week we had an assignment to shoot animals.I was afraid that it was going to be really hard but it wasn't as hard as I though it was going to be and I really enjoyed it! I was excited because I was shooting my American bulldog Dixie! She did Amazing!! She was afraid at first but them she became comfortable and relaxed! I would not have been able to do this shoot without the help of Damian AhChing and Tameka Pero!
